ParentSquare Troubleshooting

Good morning, Panthers! As many of you have become aware, ParentSquare has been applying a software update over the last few days. This has caused some unintended consequences for our end users. We appreciate your patience as we work to correct problems exposed by this update. Below are some strategies you can use to correct some of those consequences.
Q: One of my kids is no longer on my ParentSquare! What happened?
A: If the data in Infinite Campus is flagged incorrectly, ParentSquare may have missed the connection. This will require someone at the district to correct it for you. Please visit this link and let us know which connections need to be restored. https://forms.gle/5oshTMGk1tPJyWrRA
Q: I’m not getting notifications like I’m supposed to. In fact, I’m not getting any messages at all.
A: Several users have had this issue. To attempt to correct it on your own, please visit the ParentSquare website (www.parentsquare.com) and click on your account–please use the website and not the app to change your notification preferences until the update is complete. Q: ParentSquare unlinked my accounts, and it wants me to sign in to the parent account, but I have no idea what my password is. Can you help?
A: If you visit www.parentsquare.com/signin on the Internet, you can reset your parent account password. If you are unsure what email or phone number you used, or if these have changed and you no longer have access, please visit this link and let us know: https://forms.gle/5oshTMGk1tPJyWrRA
Q: When I tried to send a direct message to my coach, it says he/she is no longer affiliated with the school. What do I do?
A: When ParentSquare unlinked the coach’s accounts, it may have disconnected that coach from one school. Please let us know, and we can reconnect the coach: https://forms.gle/5oshTMGk1tPJyWrRA. In the meantime, you can email the coach. Our email address format is firstname.lastname@dawsonsprings.kyschools.us.
